At Stamps.com Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mailing and shipping products. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused supplies in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box or included on a packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix a shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned supplies, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
